Our client faced significant challenges regarding its online presence. These challenges included the following: the increasing demand for customized features for their expanding Network, the need for a fresh and modern website design, and the necessity to improve the user interface (UI/UX) to ensure top-notch user experiences. The adoption of the Joomla framework for the admin panels not only restricted the ability for customization, but also raised concerns about the platform's future support. Since Joomla had not received significant updates since 2019, it became clear that our client's system might face compatibility and security challenges down the road. In response to these pressing issues, the Logistics Consortium took a proactive step by establishing a strategic partnership with Krypton Labs to embark on an extensive digital transformation journey.

SOLUTIONS

1. Website Modernization:

• Design Overhaul: Using Figma, Krypton Labs crafted a fresh and modern design of both website and application
  
• Webflow Implementation: The design was brought to life using Webflow, ensuring a responsive, visually appealing website.

2. Admin Panel Transformation:

• User-Centric Approach: Krypton Labs conducted user research, crafted user stories, and analyzed admin panel workflows, mechanisms, and functionalities.
• Custom Application: A robust, highly customizable application was built from scratch using React and Nest JS, integrating seamlessly with the Webflow website. 
• Tailored Content Management System (CMS): Create, Modify, or Delete Articles and Events directly within the Application, with immediate publication on the website.

3. Infrastructure and Migration:

• Hosting: Staging and production environments were hosted on DigitalOcean for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Database Migration: Despite the complexity of the task, Krypton Labs successfully migrated data from the legacy Joomla database, including thousands of articles.

4. Invoicing System:

• Modern Invoicing: A modern invoicing system was developed, enabling users to create, send, and track invoices' statuses.
